As a Platinum level member, Facebook continues to support the Linux Foundation. The community giant has been a member of the organization for a long time, but is now taking it to the next level, with Kathy Kam, the company's open source development manager, also a member of the Linux Foundation's board of directors. Facebook is still at the forefront of a number of Linux Foundation projects there, from Presto through GraphQL and Osquery to ONNX. The company hopes to contribute more to the development of both Linux and related other open source projects than before with the extended partnership.
